I needed to get a visa whilst abroad and Mike was absolutely fantastic in arranging this. He was prompt to reply to emails, arranged pick up and delivery of my passport and made sure I complied with extra requirements to get the visa. The fee was extremely reasonable, especially considering the work involved and the time saved and worry avoided trying to get the visa another way.

I have travelled the world and never used a visa service until ..... the Russian visa! After much reading and searching the web I decided to use a visa service this time. I’m so glad I did. Over two days of putting the application together I had constant guidance from one staff member. This is so much better than dealing with a different person every time a question arises. It allows for continuity and less frustration. Paula Marques was my Guide and she was outstanding. Together we put together all the pieces required for a Russian visa and this morning it arrived. Bravo Paula!! And thank you.

I wish I can give 0 star, Called 3 different days to follow up with the airline ticket price the lady who talked to me hang up after wait 2-3 minute or she was not returning my calls. Again called today she tall me to wait and she hang up I again called another lady said she will transfer my call to the person who talked to me but she never pick up the calls. If you are not interesting what you do simply go and find another job, you people play with people time. If u can’t find answer either say yes or no. Will never recommend this place for any travel service due to extremely bad phone call service

I wanted to take a moment and provide this review for Chase Global Immigration.There are plenty of immigration consultants and everyone will have many questions about choosing one. We had to do a student visa and after a lot of assessment did an initial review with Chase Global Immigration.Nisha and Vikas were there for the initial review. Though the visa was for my relative, they were happy to have me in the discussion knowing that I am a Canadian citizen who went thru the process of permit to pr to citizenship. They were super clear on how the student program works and always very responsive. They provided continuous guidance from the beginning and always have been extremely transparent, which I really liked.Though none of the immigration consultants can influence the final decision, it's about the right guidance that both Nisha and Vikas provided. It has helped and we got the visa too!Thank you Nisha and Vikas. We highly recommend Chase Global Immigration !
